Team and brokerage identity

St. George Homes Direct is a marketing name and consumer home-search experience led by Rylan Pinarelli, a Utah real estate sales agent affiliated with RE/MAX Associates. RE/MAX Associates is the brokerage identified in our real estate advertising. Each office is independently owned and operated.

Website use or an inquiry does not create an agency relationship. Buyer or seller representation begins only through a separate written agreement with the appropriate licensed brokerage.

MLS and listing data

Property information is supplied through authorized MLS/data services, including Washington County Board of REALTORS® data. It is provided for consumers’ personal, non-commercial use. The site displays source, listing attribution, update information, and disclaimers with listing content as supplied or required.

Information is deemed reliable but not guaranteed. A listing may be changed, withdrawn, under contract, sold, or otherwise unavailable before the site updates. Confirm current status and all material facts before acting.

Feature and eligibility filters

Some search features are based on structured MLS fields; others may be a starting-point signal derived from listing remarks. A match does not establish legal use or approval. Independently verify nightly-rental eligibility, zoning, permits, HOA restrictions, casita or accessory-dwelling-unit status, RV dimensions and access, age-qualified-community eligibility, school boundaries, utilities, and similar property-specific matters.

New construction and incentives

Builder availability, prices, plans, incentives, lender credits, completion dates, and included features can change. Obtain and review the builder contract, addenda, option schedule, warranty, HOA documents, financing terms, and inspection rights. A builder’s representative works for the builder; consumers may choose their own representation subject to the builder’s registration and compensation policies.

Market information

Market pages summarize published MLS-listed residential transaction data and identify their source and timing. Figures may exclude for-sale-by-owner transactions and some new construction, are not seasonally adjusted unless stated, and are not an appraisal or prediction.
